    Oracle financial...IP changed...generating error on connection

    hi all,
    I ve installed oracle financial application and it was working fine...now for some reason IP address of the machine changed.. I, then changed back original IP address of the machine...but when i try to connect its giving error.."Oracle Initialization or Shutdown in Progress."

    Need help.
