Unable to locate ID file

Trying to install the free demo.

Per Instructions i pull up tornadoinfo.aspx.

However i get the following error:

Unable to locate ID file in -
C:\www\tornado\bin\tornado.id5
and
C:\www\tornado\bin\tornado.id5.
Deposit your id file in either of the above and make sure the file is renamed to - tornado.id5.

I searched my entire hard drive for *.id5 and rechecked my email/zip file for any id file- but came up with nothing.

you changed the default root from c:\inetpub\wwwroot\bin?

ID file should be there and so is the DLL. If there is no .id5 file please get one from support right away. Remember that the 2005 dll looks for the .id5 and 2004 dll looks for the .id4 file.
