    Question oracle tools

I have around 30 oracle instances on production server and we need to prepare an exactly the same enviornment with less data volume for testing. Is there any tools suggest? As schema will change continuous, so how can we reduce the maintenance cost afterwards?

I have use Toad before. But would you please specify which toad function can be used? If I use the import/export utility, even row=0 is specify, the space of the table/index remain the same as the original table/index even no record on it.

The export utility generates script for table creation with same storage definition as the source.

If you want to create tables with smaller space allocation, then generate scripts and change space allocation.
And run this script create tables/indexes

But do you know is it possible to change it automatically instead of change it one by one manually?
