too many tables for relationships

hi guys,
what do you do if you want to have referential integrity by setting up relationships between one table that would be on the main form, and several dozen other tables that could be on any given subform.

when I try to set up relationships., access 2003 says too many relationships.

what do I do about this ?

Are you referring to the relationships that you set-up in the relationships window or the joins between a main form and subform, i.e. link child fields, link master fields?

Either way, I require more information as to exactly what you wish to accomplish in order to assist.
