mySQL 5.0 installation issue and 5.1...

I need to do an evaluation on MySQL and have no idea about it.

question:
1. I download MySQL 5.0 for windows and installed on Windows 2000 Server. but could not find any related service in control panel service section, nor find any shortcut in the start programs section. Maybe I missed some component in the installation? (though the installation went 'sucessful')

2. MySQL5.1 with support on Constraints and Full outer join, but not found from mySQL web site downloading section.

I could install mySQL distrib 4.0.18 on win2000 server as service with server version 4.0.18-max-nt.

question:
1. in >mysql version prompt, in status, display Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.18, for Win95/Win98 <i32>. Does it mean it does not fit for winNT?

2. I download myODBC-3.51.06-dll.zip but not find setup.exe after unzip it.

I have created database and some testing tables but need myODBC running to transfer data.
