    Replciation and No Data Sync

Can anyone help with this simple query..
With published applications you have several options for syncing..
    Automatic Sync
    Manual Sync
    and No Data Sync..

When you have No Data Sync.. if the distribution tasks fails, say subscribing server is down, will any transaction done when the distribution task is down be replicated?

All logged transactions will be replicated, but sql doesn't check if dbs are in sync.

So basically, even if the distribution tasks failed.. as long as it is logged it will get replicated even if i have set it to NO DATA SYNC?
