    When setting for a lookup column does the work have to been in quotes. I tried it both ways:
    "Yes";"No"
    or
    Yes, No

    both of them work????

    both should work, key word ofcourse being SHOULD. I am not as good with Access as some of the others, but from what I have witnessed, if it needes to be in quotes, Access will usually put them there.
