    Question upsizing to SQL 2000

    Is there a way to upsize tables from access to sql server if the tables are already linked in Access from other locations?

    No, I don't think so.

    You will have to open up each MDB file that contains the real tables and do the upsizing from there.

    I have the feeling that you have a messy job on your hands...

    Step 1] Use Access' 'Import Wizard' to import appropriate tables into Access.
    Step 2] Use SQL Server 'Import Wizard' or 'DTS data pump' to bring Access into SQL Server.
