How to upload asp.db?

My sites are hosted at an ISP on a NT server, which have IIS. I publish sites with FP2000, usually. It's not clear to me if I can upload asp.db to the server myself or if the ISP has to install it. Also would I FTP it to the cgi bin, or can I publish it to the server wit FrontPage?

In order to install aspdb you need to have access to
dll registration at your ISP - which is very unlikely
because of security concerns and technical issues.

i.e. the ISP has to be involved in order to install it.

I've heard bout an ISP with aspdb support, however I don't
remember the name right now, maybe the guys at M&M can
help you

Zed is right, the ISP does have to get involved. Of course, he has to have
and NT server (not a unix box). Your ISP may support this, or be willing to,
if not, check out the list of ISPs that we have listed - click on ISPs from
our main page at aspdb.com.
