    UK Date format Bug

Hi there. We have built an online data entry page where our user can enter student and course date information.

Every now and again (no set pattern) the day and months get swapped around dd/mmm/yyyy is the format and sometimes 06/may/2000 will get turned into 05/jun/2000.

our users is browsing with IE 5.0 and our NT 4.0 server is set up with "English New Zealand Regional settings". Service pack 6.0

It only happens 2 out of ten times but when it does happen it can screw up 30 records.

    Any idea's
    Regards,

    Rodney,

What databse type are you using? Make sure the "dateformat" in options is NOT being used. Your locale should take care of the date input format. If still have problem, setup a sample program preafrrablyusing Northwind of Access and EMP for Oracle for me to access and take a look. Many Asia countries as well as customers from Europe are using ASpdb and reported no such problem lately. You indicated that it happens without a pattern makes me think that a certain code is causing the error. Plase pin it down.
