    Error#(Edit_Execute_SQL) = 80040E10

I have been trying to resolve this error for 2 full days now, with
no solution. After searching this forums database I see that several others
have run into this error, as well. Prior to normalizing the database the ASPdb code worked fine, as a flat file. On another note, I found this error# on MS TechNet which indicated that the problem was the SQL statement and how it related to the database column name. All this checked out OK!
By the way, I'm using MS Access 2000.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Paul

    Paul,

What is the full text of the error message? When do you get it? What does your source code look like? Try to write a short example (<10 lines) that fails, then attach that source code. Then we can investigate.

    Mark.
