ASPdb as a Remote COM Component?

Been a while - hope everyone is well!

Question: Any issues with running the ASPdb .dll on a dedicated transaction server?

Our client uses a dedicated transaction server and remote COM to access their COM objects.

I am not talking about just setting up the package and "browsing" with file manager - but actually running it in memory on the remote computer and using MS Distributed COM.

    Thanks!

ASPdb as a Remote COM Component? (reply)

you mean setup ASPdb in computer #1 and Setup the MTS in computer #2 to Remote access to the ASPdb DLL in computer #1 ? Is that the case ? If so then the latest experienment we did in March this year or so is not good (very slow). Customer find out it was the problem was the remote MTS. They called in MS to help and didn't get anywhere.
