Can I syncronize drop downs

I have a Registration page that requires Country and Region. How can I sync these so that a country selection as in USA will only show US states in the region drop down.

Check out the Dynalist demo in the front page of the website. You just described an application called "dynamic drill down list". Takes a lot of code to do in convention way pluse very slow. But with ASP-db it is a snap !!
