Displaying different text for field name

I name fields within my MS Access 2000 database as F1, F2, etc.
How can I display on the grid headings, forms, add template, something
else, say "your project title"? Thanks

Use NameMap like -
X.dbNameMap = "1,MY LAST,,LastName; 2,Full Name,,FirstName + ' ' + LastName"
