Error Type: Provider (0x80004005) Unspecified error

That's the problem I got after I did a little bit update to my Access database. The funny thing is, this error message shows up randomly. I just do some simple read only query on the web, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I am using WIN2000 professional with IIS5.0 and Access 97.
