Is there a way to repeat the column headings after x number of records?

I thought the page navigation control is there just for that purpose. What is the reason for this setup? Note that heading is used as sort keys also.

The users want to be able to print pages as replacements to the directory when the data changes. Sorting is not an issue in this case.
