    Is there a way to log into enterprise manager using a password. If you click
    on the EM icon it logs you in as 'SA' but I can you set it so if someone click on it the must enter a password first?

    No for sql6.5, yes for sql7.

    You can register the server with a login other than sa. But they will not get prompted for a password.
