Restrict rows in MS Access form

I have a table WorkExperience. I want to restrict no. of work experience for each applicant to 3 only. How can I do it?

I am using a MS Access form with datasheet view.

You mean you only want them to enter a max of 3 work experiences.

Can you not have a variable that you just add to on the afterupdate and/or current event of your form. When it reaches 3 you can change the allow additions property to 'No'
