Error linking query on subform with form

I have multiple people using the same front end (.mde). I have one person who has just had a fresh install of Access and now the query for the subform is not linking to the form. Is there a setting that needs to be changed for the front end to work?

Sharing a front end is never really a good idea if you want to avoid issues and data corruption. Every user should, I believe must, have their own copy of the front end.

That is where I would start ASAP.
