access 2000 function library

I have a program that was written for me in access 2000 about 5 years ago. I just tried to run it and get error messages telling me I’m missing library functions. How can I find someone to help me?

Are you still using the same PC?

When was the last time you sued the database?

Do you have the full version if Access 2000 installed?

Do you have any newer versions of Access Installed?

Have you tried repairing the Access 2000 installation?

No I'm not using the same PC
I last used the database on my old computer.
I don't have the function library anymore. It was destroyed
I don't know how to repair the installation.
I can’t find the programmer that wrote the original app

Is the library a custom built one or from a third party vendor?

What is the name of the file?
