Linked sql table always requesting logins

Scenario:
There was no problem until a SQL table link was deleted and relinked.

Now, on a machine specific basis, Access asks that the user log in to SQL Server everytime the table is accessed for the first time.

I've tried recreating the dsn and relinking the table over and over but the problem still manifests itself in the same fashion.

Any new ideas would be appreciated.

Use a file DSN as opposed to user or system DSNs - be sure to check SQL Authentication within the DSN. Also check with SQL admin that all non-admin login roles have been properly set within sql server.
