Choose how to display the edit/update/delete form

Hi,

Im trying your product. Look great.
However, it seems that there is no way to do so:
- work in grid mode
- when click update, choose the design of the form table

For example, I have the following fields
First Name / LastName / Tel / Mobile / Fax / Mo / Address etc..

By default, clicking "update" give me the following table:
