Bad Excel format after download

Hi,

Im in grid mode, where all data are displayed.
I click a row under '#' colum to display this row in 'form' mode.
In 'form' form, I press 'download', and save the file in 'CSV' format.
When I open it under excel 97, I have 1 cell filled with something like:
43,"ABB"," ","Available"," ","Dassault"," "," ","8","2","3"," "," "," "," "," ","Available"
instead of the same in multi-column, and without double quote.

That's not happend in grid mod.
Any idea ?
