MS Reporting Services and Crystal Reports

Can anyone tell me if MS Reporting Services can import/read a Crystal Reports file as it can an Access report file?

I've seen a few posts out on other boards that there are some companies charging fees for converting Crystal Reports over to MS Reporting Services.

Is there any easier way? Are there any tools out there that can do it?

Perhaps Microsoft should produce such a tool for converting...

There was a tool out there that converted .RPT files to .RDS equivalent. However, it has been taken off the market (I think there was concern about IP/Copywrite involved).

Taken off the market as in "No Longer Available" or as in "Good Luck Finding It"? Do you know if the tool provider is still offering it through more private channels?

Are there any other utilities out there to enable this type of conversion?

I've seen one or two service providers that offer to do it for you at a price per report, but I'd rather have control over the process.
