Are you sure you are connected to your DB?
I don't think http://host is a valid hostname for the mysql_connect:
$dbcnx = @mysql_connect("http://mysql_ourinternet.us/", "","");
see http://www.php.net/mysql_connect
because I don't get that error msg,
but I'll check it out again
