Tables

I am just starting to use MS-sql7 and I have a database. How can I list the fields in the tables so I can see how the table has been designed. I vaguely remember when using ISQL through Ingres that you typed help tablename and you would receive the results. Can somebody help me

Thanks

In Query Anayzer execute
sp_help tablename

Or in Enterprise manager, double click the table name
